Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we offer a no-fuss 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return—no hoops to jump through, no interrogation. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

How to Return an Item

1. Drop us an email: Contact us at hiya@bunnet.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return.

2. Pack it up: Ensure the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Send it back: Mail the item to the return address we provide.

Please Note: Unless an item arrived damaged or faulty, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot issue a refund if the package gets lost in transit.
