Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping Policy (UK)

We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. That is why all of our standard UK domestic orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your package within 2 working days (though it can occasionally take 3 working days during peak periods or for remote locations). 

Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal volume or courier disruptions. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. International Shipping

We love our global community and are pleased to offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked (or International Standard).

  • Delivery Estimates: > * Europe: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

    • Rest of the World: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracking: If you select an international tracked service, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your parcel's progress through customs and local delivery network.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. Bunnet is not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

3. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately. To help us process a claim with Royal Mail quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A photo of the damaged product.

  3. A photo of the outer condition of the shipping package.

If your tracking status shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check your designated Safeplace, with your neighbours, or contact your local Royal Mail sorting office before reaching out to us.
